I am a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist with over 10 years of experience as a practicing physical therapist and over 7 years specializing in Pelvic Floor Dysfunction with a focus in Prenatal and Postpartum Care!

I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Tampa and Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2014. I specialized in orthopedics until her my husband brought us to Kodiak, AK! During our 3 years in Kodiak, I both developed and grew a Physical Therapy Program at the local Native Association. During this time frame, I was able to complete post-graduate training in Pelvic Health and has continued to do so over the last 7+ years.

As someone who had experienced pelvic floor dysfunction from a young age, Pelvic Health is my TRUE passion! It wasn’t until undergoing my own pelvic health training, did I really see how many issues would have been eliminated or managed better if I only knew about Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy. I have had firsthand experience of pelvic floor dysfunction resulting in urinary leakage, chronic constipation, pelvic organ prolapse, and on and off again tailbone/ SI joint and low back pain. I am so grateful having had the training that I do to be able manage my own symptoms during my first pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum period, while also receiving Pelvic Floor PT help from colleagues when I couldn’t do it on my own! Everyone needs a pelvic floor PT in my opinion!

As a ortho/OB/pelvic PT, I want to assist you in being able to lift your little ones without fear of leakage or back pain, meet your goals and needs for pelvic heath in whatever that looks like, guide you through your prenatal and postpartum journey, and get you back to all your daily activities without pressure or leakage with coughing, laughing, or sneezing.
